Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) the Financial Administrator - Accounts Payable and Sales is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely completion of the full cycle accounting activities for Haliburton Forest and its affiliated companies

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following responsibilities are assigned to this position:

- Accounts payable
- Record Daily Sales
- Account reconciliation and analysis
- Maintain electronic and hard-copy files
- Perform all tasks on timely and accurate basis and in accordance with operating procedures
- Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
The following criteria are the minimum qualifications required for this position:

- Accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Knowledge of NetSuite, Excel, SharePoint, and computerized payment systems
- Experience in the Forest Products or Tourism sectors will be considered an asset
- Ability to balance competing priorities
- Experience in IT management will be considered an asset
- Positive, constructive attitude
- Hands-on approach, with strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Collaborative with good communication skills
- Personable

FINANCIAL:

- Responsible to assist with financial reporting, monitoring budgets, establishing financial policies and systems for the organization.

SCHEDULE:
This position will work Monday to Friday 8 hours per day. The ability to work outside of these hours may be required as business conditions dictate, and overtime may be required from time to time. Hybrid schedule available.

COMPENSATION, BENEFITS & PERKS:

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year
