**Account Manager - Parking Logix**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage Accounts for software renewal
- Maintain accuracy of renewal opportunities in CRM
- Achieve renewal rate quotas and retention goals through development of personal relationships with existing customers, primarily over the phone (goal of 90%)
- Manage the lifecycle of an account from newly acquired customer through training to annual renewal, with a goal of increasing overall account size and generating additional sales opportunities
- Act in the best interest of each customer and ensure customer satisfaction by proactively addressing customer issues. Increase focus on retention and on-going customer satisfaction to protect and grow revenue base
- Lead software demos and educational webinars for subscribed and prospective customers
- Participate in a working environment that supports team-based selling and involves professionalism, respect, and open communication
- Ensure complete and accurate information is captured in CRM system to manage opportunities, record account activity and track results
- Participate in campaigns designed to support the goals and objectives of the Sales department
- Actively collaborate with marketing, engineering, production, and other departments
- Identify and implement changes that improve effectiveness and efficiency of account management.
- Communicate with business partners, consultants, and resellers to maintain positive relationships and maximize sales results
- Prepare progress reports, territory plans, and timelines as required
- Regularly brainstorm, test and share strategies with the Account Management team to help encourage early adoption and display value propositions of the cloud software for new and existing customers

**What we are looking for**:

- 3+ years in direct sales, Account Management, or a similar role
- Demonstrated ability to actively penetrate and develop new business opportunities
- Proven experience in achieving and exceeding quotas
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience and proficiency with CRM (Microsoft Dynamics)
- Resourceful, able to balance multiple priorities with a sense of urgency
- Strong organization skills
- Strong prospecting experience to identify and source leads
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (solid presentation skills)
- Independent drive and the ability to work remotely (Entrepreneurial)
- Positive energy and ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to plan and carry out responsibilities with mínimal direction
- People skills required to create, maintain and enhance relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Technical competence including advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- some travel is required (about 10%)
- Industry knowledge such as state and local government, transportation, traffic equipment (preferred)

**Responsabilités clés**:

- Gérer les comptes pour le renouvellement des logiciels
- Maintenir l’exactitude des opportunités de renouvellement dans le CRM
- Atteindre les quotas de taux de renouvellement et les objectifs de rétention en développant des relations personnelles avec les clients existants, principalement par téléphone (objectif de 90 %)
- Gérer le cycle de vie d’un compte depuis l’acquisition du client jusqu’à la formation et le renouvellement annuel, avec pour objectif d’augmenter la taille globale du compte et de générer des opportunités de vente supplémentaires
- Agir dans le meilleur intérêt de chaque client et assurer leur satisfaction en traitant de manière proactive les problèmes éventuels.
