About the role:
As the strategic partner to our Global Products & Services (GP&S) Business, you will guide business leaders to develop a learning and development roadmap that will support their business initiatives, goals, and strategic priorities.

This involves being responsible for the creation of technical and professional 70/20/10 model learning programs for both teams and individuals, measuring outcomes, and reporting out success and opportunities for improvement while performing certain tactical elements of Learning & Development.

You will also ensure that the methods and tools used are future-fit where there will be identified learning pathways for our current and future workforce.

GP&S is the largest organization in Ciena, encompassing R&D, Services, PLM, Business Operations, and Supply Chain, with individuals located across the globe.

What we need from you:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Organizational Development, Adult Education, or equivalent work experience managing large-scale learning projects.
- Experience working in the Telecommunications Industry with teams in similar structures (Global Products & Services) and Business Management experience is a plus, but not required.
