Human Resources Officer

As a member of the Human Resources team, you will play an essential role in supporting the team in carrying out various mandates, while ensuring a warm and professional welcome for visitors at the reception desk.
**In this position, you will have the opportunity to**:
- Support the Human Resources Advisor in various activities related to labor needs
- Coordinate induction & integration activities for new employees
- Write and publish communiqués for employees
- Maintain up-to-date training in the computer system
- Participate in initiatives to improve HR department tools and practices
- Prepare various follow-up tables and tools
- Answer telephone calls
- Greet and direct customers
**With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role**:
- AEC in human resources or other administrative support training combined with relevant experience
- Experience in administrative support related to human resources or in quality customer service
- Excellent written and spoken French
- Proficiency with Ms Office software (Outlook, Word and Excel)
