HR Generalist

Soucy is seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Officer to join our team.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support the Human Resources team in various activities, while ensuring a welcoming experience for visitors at the reception desk.

• Support the Human Resources Advisor in managing labor needs, including coordinating induction and integration activities for new employees.
• Coordinate employee onboarding programs, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
• Develop and publish internal communications, maintaining transparency and open dialogue within the organization.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR systems and processes, staying current with industry trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with the HR team to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement initiatives to enhance HR department tools and practices.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports, supporting data-driven decision-making.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to phone calls and greeting visitors in a professional manner.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in HR, working closely with a dedicated team. As a valued member of our organization, you can expect a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
