Progressive Medical Group formally Progressive Medical Development was established 2017 as a boutique medical billing company to service this specific niche. In 2023, we are projected to expand our existing clients by 50% and add two additional income streams to further expand our foot print within Manitoba. We strive to provide the highest level of service to our clients, clinicians, clinic’s and business providers. We are looking for a Business Development of Clinic Operations who will be a Trailblazer in starting this new division within the company. This position will not only consist of strategic planning but allow you to achieve our goals with autonomy, challenging you to diversify and develop new skills within our organization and yourself. Our Business Development of Clinic Operations will coordinate, support and ensure consistency and growth throughout our clinics within our administrative teams, physicians and owners.

**POSITION OVERVIEW**

The Business Development of Clinic Operations goal is to build upon our business needs to help strategize, implement and execute business goals; Working alongside our physicians and owners identifying their needs in collaboration with our internal divisions. Develop retention mechanisms and self-promote with existing clientele as well _as new physician and business recruitment_. You would be responsible for overseeing clinical operations, onsite and offsite, liaison between physicians, staff and ownership. You will work to implement and execute strategies to achieve measurably effective results.

**EXPERIENCE**

A minimum of 5 years’ experience with demonstrated Project Management, clinical management and/or leadership skills.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**

Bachelor Degree in a Business discipline required.

2 years’ experience in Project Management

- Self-directed and demonstrates creative problem solving in both facility manner and business aspects
- Possesses a commitment to self-development
- Proven Project management skills (strategize, implement and execute ideas)
- Demonstrates interpersonal skills with excellent written and oral communication abilities
- Provides leadership and mentors staff to grow and achieve
- Demonstrates skills in labor retention
- Experience in creating and maintaining relationships, business operations, information technology, financial management, data analytics
- Ability to retain information of a confidential nature
- Ability to manage time sensitive projects in order to meet deadlines
- Demonstrate ability to organize and prioritize assigned workloads
- Engage and create strong relationships with physician and internal teams to create ongoing revenue, growth and retention
- Manage projects and budgets from inception to completion
- Create and participate in the development of strategic plans & new business proposals
- Must have a vehicle to travel throughout Winnipeg

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
