Enviroway is a Saskatchewan family owned and operated manufacturing company. We grow green cleaning technologies in the heart of the prairies. Based out of Saskatoon, employing over 80 staff, we formulate & manufacture over 300 cleaning products that are sold globally in over 20 different countries. **Customer Service Associate/Office Administration**
- Maintain the overall Ambience of the workplace
- Paper correspondence and mails
- Catering to the In-store Customer, Invoices and Payments
- Maintaining Inventory of In store stocks and Stationery
- Filing Invoices, cheques and Shipping log.
**NOTE:
- Training will be provided**
**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
