Colour Sense is an independently owned Benjamin Moore dealer, we currently have 4 retail locations including Markham, Richmond Hill and 2 in North York.

Our vision is to fulfill our customer's paint needs and providing an above and beyond service, and leaving them a memorable experience at our store. We take pride in helping our customers and providing them with the best solution to their project.

We are looking for individuals who have good values, positive work ethics, motivated, energetic and enjoy helping others.

Good communication skills over the phone.

**We are looking for**:

- General customer service skills including active listening and empathizing with customers needs.
- Relationship building with new and current contractors/painters.
- Friendly, courteous and professional over the phone.
- Enthusiastic and engaging with high level of positive energy.
- Punctual and accountable.

**Your role and responsibilities**:

- Able to handle complaints and problem solve when needed.
- Collecting data including customer’s info, records of conversation with each clients, and able to follow-up.
- Promoting the 4 store locations and marketing to client’s on special promotions.
- Learn and become knowledgeable of all Benjamin Moore products, followed by educating and answering any customer's questions.
- Provide a weekly Report to General Manager and/or Director.
- Provide colour consultation service.
- Have good interpersonal skills.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bilingual with English (mandatory), Chinese or Farsi speaking is an asset.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-30 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Greater Toronto Area, ON: reliably commute or be willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
