**Hours**:Tuesday to Friday: 11AM - 7PM & Saturday: 8:30AM - 5PM (rotating)

**Role Overview**:
We are actively seeking a customer-focused individual to work at our brewery retail store and office. This position involves a combination of retail/inside sales and customer service administrative duties.

**Retail Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for operating and maintaining our brewery retail store, including beer sampling, providing product knowledge, processing transactions efficiently using POS, carry out product as requested
- You'll be the face of Cool Beer Brewery as the first person visitors meet when entering the building, all customers should be greeted/attended to promptly and courteously
- You'll engage with customers about our different beer styles and services and will handle all questions and concerns

**Administrative Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for monitoring online ordering systems for LCBO’s and grocery stores, and processing/invoicing orders for delivery
- Data input (weekly): Receive payments from LCBO, Beer Stores and Grocery Stores
- Acknowledge purchase orders and coordinate shipments to Beer Store Depots and LCBO Warehouses
- Answer incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible including order taking (licensee), re-direct calls appropriately, and take messages when required
- Inside sales: cold-calling on new/existing accounts and LCBOs
- Handle booking inquiries for our on site meeting room
- File weekly payments from LCBO’s and Grocery Stores
- Assist the Office Administrator with collections, posting bills to Quickbooks, and any other requests as needed
- Other office duties include: managing personal calendar, preparing invoices, data entry, filing, maintaining a clean and tidy retail and office space, and fostering a positive atmosphere

**Required Skills**:

- 2+ years experience in a retail/customer service environment
- Must be computer savvy and able to learn new software quickly
- Smart Serve certified (must be obtained within 2 weeks of start date or 2 week after)
- Must be very reliable with excellent attendance record
- Must be very remain calm under pressure
- Must be organized and detail oriented, with excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Must be able to lift 30lbs (or a case of beer)

**Bonus Skills**:

- Previous experience at the Beer Store or LCBO considered a **major **asset
- Knowledge of the beer industry, beer styles and interest in the brewing process
- Experience with Quickbooks an asset
- Access to a vehicle

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
