Membership and Events Coordinator

**BB&C Management Services is looking for team members who will bring valuable experience and fresh ideas to our long-term and new association clients.**
**Membership & Events Coordinator - **With an opportunity for growth, the coordinator will work in collaboration with association managers and committees and thrive on the challenges of event planning and execution, sponsorship/fundraising and trade show management.
Qualifications will include the following:
- Experience working in meeting planning, association management or hospitality environments
- The ability to serve as staff lead for multiple events and projects with attention to detail and priorities
- Proficiency in database management and registration systems, coupled with an understanding of the importance of record maintenance
- Strong technical skills, experience with virtual meeting and webinar platforms, and an ability to test and work with new technology and database programs
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, SurveyMonkey, Google Analytics as well as social media.
- A fluency in French and English a definite asset
- A university degree or business diploma in event management and communication or similar education preferred
Salary commensurate with experience. Benefits include comprehensive health, dental and life insurance; paid sick days and personal days; summer hours; and bonus vacation days between Christmas and New Year.
