**Position Summary**:
The Administrative Support will provide general administrative support to Project Managers (PM) and Service Managers (SM). Working closely with teams to assist in the delivery of projects and services to Ainsworth’s clients. Focus is on contributing to operational excellence and delivery with the operations team.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the Service and Project Departments.
- Complete daily labour review and approvals.
- Assist with collections and posting of P-Card receipts.
- Assist with collections and posting of vendor invoices.
- Assist with Vendor set-ups and maintaining a local vendor list.
- Provide administrative support related to Ainsworth National Accounts.
- Provide administrative support associated with client billing & third-party closeout.
- Provide administrative support to local field staff.
- Back-up other Administrative Team members as required.
- Other general administrative duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of service management systems.
- Skilled in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must be well organized and able to work independently in a multi-tasking work environment.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of internal and external individuals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to document information and instructions.
- Team Focus - Capable of building relationships at all levels within the organization.
- Adaptable - Able to work under time constraints and adapt to change.
- Applicable Post Secondary Education would be considered an asset.
- Bilingual (English/French) considered an asset.
