At Clarity Order, we are revolutionizing the furniture and design industry with our AI-powered marketplace. We are seeking a talented and dynamic Mid-Level Marketer to join our team and help us shape the future of premium furniture shopping.

As a Mid-Level Marketer, you will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, user acquisition, and customer engagement. Your expertise in marketing strategies and your passion for innovative technologies will contribute to our mission of providing exceptional user experiences and empowering independent manufacturers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for growth in the furniture and design industry.
- Optimize user acquisition funnels and drive customer retention through targeted campaigns and personalized messaging.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide data-driven insights to improve strategies.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on various platforms, including Google, Facebook, and Instagram.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in e-commerce or a related industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or basic HTML/CSS a plus

**Salary**: $35,576.56-$63,067.74 per year
