Meridian Manufacturing is currently looking for a Human Resource Coordinator. Reporting to the HR Generalist, the Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for managing the Human Resources Department for Meridian Manufacturing Inc. Regina, including but not limited to: full lifecycle talent acquisition & retention, employee relations, job analysis, training and development, total compensation, records management, performance management and organizational development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for full workforce lifecycle recruitment and selection processes according to MMI business needs
- Develop, innovate and implement effective on-boarding processes for all new hires including: administering the New Employee Human Resources Orientation Presentation and ensuring new employee paperwork had been completed and filed
- Create, maintain and update Human Resources Department records and tracking systems
- Prepare and implement job descriptions that describe and reflect the accurate work tasks of individual positions and/or work flow within Departments for new and existing positions.
- Responsible for ensuring MMI Regina administers corrective action measures according to Saskatchewan Labour Standards
- Research, implement and/or design training opportunities for employees based on business needs and/or management requests.
- Overseeing the performance evaluations program and ensuring reviews are consistently completed in a timely manner
- Prepare and post documents for the WGI Intranet and local Human Resources Bulletin Board
- Lead the revision / development of policies and procedures.

**Education and Knowledge Required**:

- Post Secondary education in Human Resources or Business Administration is a minimum requirement
- Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) Designation is an asset
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook.
