Les directeurs, Tarification actuarielle, s’appuient sur leur expertise dans le domaine de l’actuariat et leur fort leadership pour aider à la tarification des produits d’assurance des entreprises et des particuliers, et ils s’assurent que nous prenons des décisions extrêmement éclairées pour chaque risque que nous acceptons. Ils gèrent les activités de leur équipe en tenant compte des indicateurs de rendement clés.
Ils ont à cœur de bien diriger leurs équipes, qui analysent les données en profondeur afin de fournir des avis extrêmement détaillés sur les décisions à prendre et d’orienter le processus d’analyse de risques particuliers jusqu’au niveau du portefeuille. Travaillant au sein d’une équipe de direction axée sur la collaboration, ils ont la possibilité d’élaborer de nouvelles stratégies et méthodes de tarification tout en demeurant à l’affût de nouvelles technologies qui pourraient contribuer à façonner l’avenir de la science.

**Vous excellez dans ce qui suit**:
- Gérer et diriger.
- Faire des analyses détaillées de la rentabilité et des indications de taux.
- Calculer des taux en mettant à contribution votre excellente connaissance des théories de mathématiques avancées.
- Utiliser Excel, VBA, SAS et Access.
**Vous possédez ce qui suit**:
- Diplôme en actuariat ou maîtrise en mathématiques.
- 7 à 10 ans d’expérience en tarification dans le secteur de l’assurance de dommages.
- Solides aptitudes interpersonnelles et pour le _coaching_.
