Travaillant au sein d’une équipe de direction axée sur la collaboration, ils ont la possibilité d’élaborer de nouvelles stratégies et méthodes de tarification tout en demeurant à l’affût de nouvelles technologies qui pourraient contribuer à façonner l’avenir de la science.

**Vous excellez dans ce qui suit**:

- Gérer et diriger.
- Faire des analyses détaillées de la rentabilité et des indications de taux.
- Calculer des taux en mettant à contribution votre excellente connaissance des théories de mathématiques avancées.
- Utiliser Excel, VBA, SAS et Access.

**Vous possédez ce qui suit**:

- Diplôme en actuariat ou maîtrise en mathématiques.
- 7 à 10 ans d’expérience en tarification dans le secteur de l’assurance de dommages.
- Solides aptitudes interpersonnelles et pour le _coaching_.
