Roadpost has over 70 employees between our Toronto and Seattle offices, serving over 75,000 subscribers. **Summary**:
The ISR role is a specialized role within the broader sales team The ISR reports to the Inside Sales Operations Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate new business opportunities by contacting existing accounts and cold calling marketing qualified leads.
- Create professional quotes/proposals.
- Track leads and provide regular follow-ups until close.
- Work within the defined sales process, maintain accurate sales CRM records.
- Contribute to the evolution of the sales process to ensure continued effectiveness.
- Meet monthly SLAs, productivity targets, and quality standards.
- Engage in team sales activities by liaising with technical support and the customer to provide exceptional onboarding experiences.
- Maintain a good relationship with corporate sales representatives and escalates appropriate leads.
- . Update industry and product knowledge through self-study and participating in sales training.
- Maintain awareness of competitor product offerings.
- Record and share prospect and customer feedback to drive product and process improvement.
- Participate in other sales centric activities as directed by management.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- 2+ years of experience selling communications products or recurring subscription products to general consumers and SMB. Satellite telecom and/or Telecom sales experience considered an asset.
- Enthusiastic and self-driven to meet sales targets.
- Must be coachable and open to feedback from all levels of management.
- Ability to interpret and process contract requirements, purchase orders etc.
- Comfortable maintaining sales conversations to build rapport.
- Professional written communication skills.
- Be able to work from home and office using Road post’s hybrid model.
- Customer-centric focus on providing reliable service to internal/external customers and to a broad audience.
- Patient, resourceful and self-reliant with excellent analytical, problem assessment/problem-solving skills.
- Able to handle difficult customer situations and arrive at a positive resolution.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, sales CRM systems, and billing systems.
- Availability for holiday coverage required.
- Leading sales calls via Zoom or Microsoft Teams an asset.
- French or Spanish language capability an asset.
- Post-secondary diploma or equivalent.
