Our Thunder Bay team is looking for an enthusiastic **Office Administrator** to join their branch
**Responsibilities**:
- Complete data management processes; filing and uploading documentation into ERP system
- Provide administrative support for the branch
- Assisting with preparing reports and quotes
- Assist with administrative tasks associated with inventory and purchasing
- Strive to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Process all documents with accuracy and efficiency
- Field requests/inquiries from internal and external customers
- Provide assistance to the Service Coordinator
- Other administrative tasks as required
**Qualifications**:
- Strong typing skills with excellent attention to detail
- Post-Secondary Education in Business Administration or related field; and/or 3 years' working experience
- Ability to multi-task and be a versatile team member
- Previous experience in customer service and sales considered an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Experience with purchasing and inventory transactions an asset
- Experience in ERP/Data Management/HRIS Systems and advanced computer ability considered a strong asset
- Industry experience in Fire and Life Safety considered an asset but not required
