We are looking for a new administrative assistant/receptionist to join us at our head office located at 30722 Marshall Road, Abbotsford, B.C.

**The Opportunity**
The Administrative Assistant for the sales and marketing team manages and distributes sales data and coordinates internal data flow between the Sales Department and other departments, specifically Shipping, Production and Finance. The Administrative Assistant is also in charge of entering client orders into our ERP system and sending various communication and marketing material directly to customers. They will be required to provide the Marketing Manager with administrative support with marketing materials, events, and booking travel etc.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8.5 hour days, 40 hours per week. Start times are flexible.
Interviews will be conducted from July 4-6th on site.
**The Role and Responsibilities**
- Sales_
- Receive orders and enter in the company ERP software.
- Check orders for accuracy and pricing discrepancies.
- Coordinate data flow between Sales and other departments especially Shipping and Production.
- Marketing_
- Assist Marketing Manager with marketing materials, including pick ups, packaging, printing etc. for external/internal distribution.
- Assist with coordinating events, including bookings. Including external and internal events, like tradeshows and staff meetings.
- Help manage the inventory levels of merchandise and report low stock to manager as needed.
- Administration - General_
- Provide relief for Reception’s lunch break and other time off.
- Travel booking including coordinating flights and hotels.
- Assistance to Product Management Team on an as needed basis for administrative tasks.
Other duties as assigned
**The Qualifications**
- Certificate in Office Administration or Diploma in Business Management and/or related area
- 1-2 years in office environment.
- Experience in Sales and/or marketing an asset.
