**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Prospect and qualify leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and digital marketing initiatives.

2. Conduct comprehensive solar assessments of residential properties, evaluating energy consumption, roof suitability, and potential savings.

3. Educate homeowners on the environmental and financial benefits of solar energy, addressing questions and concerns to facilitate informed decision-making.

4. Develop customized solar proposals and quotes based on individual customer needs and preferences.

5. Collaborate with internal teams, including design, engineering, and installation, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

6. Manage the sales pipeline and CRM database, tracking leads, opportunities, and follow-up activities.

7. Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers, ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives.

8. Stay current on industry trends, solar technology advancements, and regulatory requirements to provide expert guidance to customers.

9. Attend industry events, trade shows, and community outreach activities to promote residential solar solutions and generate leads.

10. Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-installation follow-up.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.

2. Proven track record of success in residential sales, preferably in the solar or home improvement industry.

3. Strong technical understanding of solar energy systems, including PV modules, inverters, racking systems, and monitoring solutions.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with homeowners.

5. Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner, tailored to the needs of the audience.

6. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for renewable energy and sustainability.

7. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

8. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools.

9. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel to customer appointments.

Pay: $70,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
