**Planner / Scheduler: Supporting our Alberta site in Canada**

We are looking for a Maintenance Scheduler/ Off-site Repair Coordinator for our site team on a permanent basis. Based in Fort Mckay at CNRL horizon site on a 4/3 Rotation (Mon-Thurs). The position will involve working closely with the Production Supervisor and Maintenance Leads to ensure all work is scheduled and prioritized accordingly to the operation of the site/plants

**Roles and Responsibilities include**
- Build/organize weekly Valve Shop schedule based on available man power.
- Ensure planned scopes can be carried out in the time frame given and adjust to suit.
- Create works packs for planned scopes.
- Request materials and resources for planned scopes.
- Present weekly schedule to workshop leads to ensure all critical scopes are being executed in the expected time frames.
- Prepare all shipping docs, pictures for shipping equipment offsite for repair ensuring good tractability of the equipment.
- Establish and maintain good knowledge of all valve related work scopes on & off site for the client.

**Qualifications**
- Technology Diploma or Journeyperson certificate is preferred but not mandatory.

**Experience**
- Experience in similar role beneficial
- Proficient in using Microsoft packages
- Great organizational and planning abilities
- Experience using Maximo or similar CMMS is preferred
- Experience in field/industry
- Good understanding of mechanical/engineering execution strategies.
