Business Development Coordinator

**Williamson Automotive Group**, is currently seeking a Business Development Coordinator to join our exciting team. Williamson Automotive has been a leading employer in the Uxbridge community for 75 years. We strive to provide a great team-based atmosphere and are actively involved in the community.
The Business Development Coordinator (BDC)plays a crucial role in driving sales and customer engagement. The BDC is responsible for identifying and nurturing potential sales opportunities, managing customer relationships and supporting the delership's marketing and sales strategies. A customer centric approach to all duties and interactions is a must This is a fast-paced sales department with our goal set on 100% customer satisfaction.
**What you will do**:
- Respond promptly to internet leads and customer inquiries regarding pricing, warranties, vehicle features etc.
- Follow up with any unsold customers with the goal of converting leads to appointments
- Assign a sales associate to the booked leads, ensure the vehicle is ready for the appointment and follow up after the appiontment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interaction in CRM system
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Track and report on sales performance metrics and KPI's
- Perform other duties as required/requested by management.
**What you will need**:
- OMVIC License
- Experience and knowledge of vehicles
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Sales aptitude
- Ability to create video responses, not shy of the camera
- Knowledge of PBS is considered an asset
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.
- Good verbal and written communication
- Chrysler experience an asset
- Valid Ontario Driver’s license and drivers abstract
- A “can do” attitude putting customer needs first

This position is salaried plus commission is paid on all appointments booked and vehicles sold

Pay: $35,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
