As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced **Equipment Rental Coordinator** to join our team.
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Interaction**: Handle customer inquiries, process rental orders, and provide expert advice on equipment selection based on client needs.
- **Rental Coordination**: Schedule and track rental orders, ensuring that all equipment is delivered on time and in good working condition.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate records of equipment availability, condition, and location. Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and replenishment as needed.
- **Logistics**: Work with the logistics team to coordinate the timely delivery and pick-up of equipment.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Prepare rental contracts, manage billing and payment processing, and keep detailed records of rental transactions.
- **Maintenance & Inspections**: Ensure equipment is properly maintained, regularly inspected, and ready for rental.
- **Problem Solving**: Address any customer concerns, equipment issues, or logístical challenges with a solution-oriented approach.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in equipment rental, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.). Experience with rental management software is a plus (Texada).
**Physical Requirements**:
- Comfortable working in a warehouse or outdoor environment, as well as office settings.
