Kitchener, Canada MRC Wireless Full time

As the Office Manager you are the front line contact for MRC customers and will maintain a positive and professional customer service atmosphere. You are also accountable for completing various administrative functions in a timely efficient and accurate manner.

**Job Duties**
- Reception duties including answering phones (limited) and greeting walk in clients
- Invoicing
- Rental and demo administration, including preparation, receiving of returns and maintaining accurate records
- Order Processing
- Shipping and Receiving
- Warranty and flat rate repair follow up
- Accurately account for new and used inventory transactions
- Office supplies ordering
- Filing
- Mail distribution
- Assisting with account receivables collection
- Petty cash recording and disbursements
- Accurately process all cash receipt transactions including cash, debit, credit and cheques
- Administrative support to staff as requested

**Requirements**:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Attention to Detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge

**Salary**: $15.50-$25.00 per hour
