Entry Level Business Development Representative

**About Us**
Supplynow is looking to add an Entry Level Business Development Representative to our growing team.
We are a rapidly growing supplier of industrial safety equipment, focused on providing safety services and solutions. If you're a well spoken, motivated self starter looking to join an experienced business development team, we would love to hear from you. Reporting directly to the management team at Supplynow, a typically day would look like;
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Upselling products and services.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
- Achieving monthly sales goals and quotas
- Exceeding sales metrics for sales promotions and programs.
- Responsible for customer follow up
- Maintain an active opportunity pipeline in our CRM.
- College Diploma or currently working towards a College Diploma.
- Confident making outbound sales calls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Well organized with attention to deal.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
- Ability to achieve targets.
- Self motivated
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship, Internship / Co-op
Part-time hours: 15 per week
**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- sales: 1 year (preferred)
