Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced leader to contribute to the overall strategic outcomes of the organization by developing, operationalizing, evaluating and growing Hope Restored Canada’s (HRC’s) Holistic Restoration and Outreach program (the program) as well as managing and overseeing the operational functions and reporting associated. This position is also responsible for the supervision of Holistic Restoration and Outreach team leads and developing, managing, and monitoring effective financial practices to enable program and organizational success.

**Responsibilities**:

- developing and mobilizing stakeholders toward a clear, comprehensive, and compelling program vision aligned with the strategy of the organization.
- Advising the Executive Director and Board of Directors on risks, trends and forecasts that may impact the outcomes or direction of the program.
- Aligning, implementing, and evaluating (including compliance, measurement collection and reporting) the program curriculum.
- All aspects of the successful delivery of the program including but not limited to effective and efficient process and policy implementation, risk identification and management, financial management and human resource management.
- Works with the Outreach/Education Coordinator to cultivate meaningful collaborations and partnerships to advance the work within the program.
- Recruiting, hiring, orientating, managing payroll and performance evaluation and off-boarding of staff according to labour requirements.
- Identifying program needs and implementing processes to recruit, evaluate and off-board paid program facilitators effectively and efficiently.
- Develops and participates in the on-call rotation to ensure emergency support is in place for the Holistic Restoration program at all times.
- Develops, manages, and reports on program financials and effective budgeting processes (this accounts for approximately 80% of the total HRC budget)
- Coordinating the effective management of program and residential operational needs including but not limited to program expense management, property maintenance, provincial residential care and employment standards of care, risk management and contract management.
- Directing and supporting the effective and efficient development, dissemination, and implementation of the weekly staffing schedule.
- Developing and overseeing effective use of operational policies and procedures for the program.
- Providing leadership and facilitating effective staff decision-making processes.
- Supporting effective management and resolution of conflicts, policy breaches and compliance issues.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Post-secondary degree or diploma with a focus on social sciences, social work, or accounting or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Two (2) years of residential/facility program management experience; More than five (5) years of experience working with vulnerable sectors.
- **Computer and technology skills**: High level of proficiency with MS Office software, Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive, and ability to learn new programs.
- **Financial acumen**: Well-developed understanding of financial statements and budgeting
- **Human resources**: Understands leadership and human resources management of employees
- **Grant writing and public speaking skills **are an asset

Pay: $65,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
