**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Develop SWITCH programming for current and future needs in conjunction with the Executive Director; Identify community needs and evaluate current programs to ensure a high degree of quality in service
- Provide supervision and mentorship to volunteers including childcare and nutrition supervisors during SWITCH shifts (Monday, Wednesday evenings and Saturday afternoon)
- Recruit, schedule, and monitor program facilitators
- Collect and analyze data related to programming; prepares scheduled and special reports; maintains program/project records and statistical information.
- Assist in the projection, recommendation and control of budget items related to SWITCH programs
- Plans and implements community and fundraising special events including development, sponsorship, coordination, and communication.
- Facilitate and promote awareness of SWITCH via communications through media relations, social media, website, etc.
- Research, develop, implement, and monitor partnerships between SWITCH and other community-based organizations
- Grant and/or proposal writing as appropriate to the objectives and funding nature of the programming; may participate in other fundraising activities.
- Make observations and obtain feedback about areas for improvement in SWITCH’s day-to-day operations and relay this information to SWITCH Executive Director and Board of Directors

**Job qualifications**
- A High School Diploma is the minimum education level required, additionally some post-secondary education or related experience will be considered an asset
- Highly organized and able to work independently
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Must enjoy working with diverse populations (students, children, community members, mentors, partners, etc.)
- Superior time-management and problem solving skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word)
- Must be a passionate and hardworking individual
- Administrative experience and experience with overseeing employees/volunteers is an asset
