Attridge Transportation Incorporated is pupil transportation company located throughout Ontario. We are currently seeking and have an immediate opening for a qualified and motivated individual to fill a **permanent, full-time** position of **Accounting Coordinator** at our **Burlington, ON** location.

The Accounting Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of accounting functions to support the Accounting Department, and will perform routine accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations functions.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Weekly cheque run including bill payments made by cheque or EFT
- Invoicing for select customers
- Reconciliation of CAD and USD banks
- Provide additional accounting support to the Payroll team as required
- Process monthly petty cash and expense claims
- Other duties as assigned
- 3 years or more of experience in an accounting role.
- A good working knowledge of Excel.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Accurate data entry skills.
- Experience in Sage Accounting software.
- Standard office equipment including personal computer, multiline phone system, fax machine, postage machine, copier, scanner.
- Related post-secondary certificate, diploma or degree is considered an asset.

- Office setting with frequent interruptions and the need to deal with a diversity of tasks.
- Ability to sit and use a computer for extended periods of time.
- Regular, reliable and punctual attendance.
- Acceptable attire is business casual.
