**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**:
- Pull post-campaign and on-demand reports and provide performance analysis.
- Work with the business leads to coordinate and post content on the organization's mission (e.g. cancer.ca) and fundraising websites (e.g. Relay for Life, Run for the Cure).
- Undertake user testing and contribute on improving digital accessibility, SEO and the overall quality.
- Triage and resolve digital support tickets meeting SLA.
- Assist with documenting processes, policies and practices.
- Other relevant tasks, projects and duties as assigned.
- Work in compliance with the provisions of The Occupational Health & Safety Act and its regulations and comply with the Society's Health & Safety Policy.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Completion of post-secondary education in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and training.
- 1-2 years of direct marketing and/or website experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience in Marketing Cloud an asset.
- Working knowledge of HTML.
- Good skills using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Nice to have experience with Adobe Photoshop.
- Good problem solving/troubleshooting skills.
- Time management, prioritization and ability to handle tight turnover times.
- Strong communication skills (verbal, interpersonal, and written).
- Ability to work as a team player and demonstrate personal initiative to complete the work.
- French language skills (written and verbal) an asset.
