JOB SUMMARY

Under the supervision of the Director of Client Services, the Account Coordinator provides overall day-to-day customer service and support to ensure the effective execution of customer objectives in marketing and advertising campaigns. The position encompasses administration, project tracking duties, research and handling budgets. They will continue to aid the account managers with client-focused initiatives to ensure high-level task execution and client satisfaction deliverables. This position could also involve work to support CPG brand companies and associated contest and fulfillment duties.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Compose client correspondence, creating presentations and maintaining contact lists.
- Receive guidance and feedback from the account manager to ensure all client needs and expectations are abided by.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to best meet client needs.
- Reviewing campaign entries and ensuring entries for campaign/contest meet the terms and conditions
- Assuring winner validation and verification for campaign/contest
- Pitch ideas, develop strategies and demonstrate problem-solving abilities to address client issues
- Working with other members of the external and internal teams, managing all aspects of client operations.
- Assist by providing support with administrative and operational functions and other aspects of the client accounts.
- Shadow account managers and participate in client meetings when appropriate.
- Participate in and actively contribute to weekly status meetings with senior account team members and produce meeting agendas and follow up reports
- Proactively engage in identifying business issues/challenges and bring forward solutions
- Provide recommendations on how to improve program and create efficiencies
- Update internal databases, project management systems, and other files with account information, tasks, and milestones.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Assist with creation of copy, presentation or fulfillment spreadsheets and decks as required

EDUCATION & TRAINING
- Post Secondary Degree or Certificate in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Communications or related field

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Must have strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a multi-functional team environment with rapidly changing priorities
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Harvest and Slack
- Proven focus on attention to detail
- Prior experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Must have strong time management, organizational and analytical skills
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects at a time
- Written and verbal French skills are an asset but not a requirement
