Parts Coordinator

Our Canadian client is an industry leader in the design and manufacture of engineered systems, and they are looking for a Parts Coordinator to support their Edmonton branch, reporting to the Service and Parts Manager. If you are looking for a career, not just a job, then we want to hear from you
**Responsibilities include**:
- Coordinate and schedule service jobs for field technicians
- Assign jobs to service technicians
- Source parts and equipment in collaboration with buying groups and suppliers
- Build sustainable customer relationships and trust with customer accounts
- Prepare service quotes for equipment service
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Participate in training programs as required
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in HVAC, heating, ventilation industry, retail sales or technical related field would be well regarded
- A trade or technical designation, CET, or RET certification would be an asset
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Good problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure with mínimal supervision
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
