We are seeking an experienced Parts Coordinator to join our Edmonton team at Craftsman Collision, the largest independently owned auto body repair chain in Canada.

Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 per annum

The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and processing parts, maintaining a well-organized parts room, and ensuring efficient vehicle flow through all stages of repair.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, both internally and externally;
  • Support shop management in alignment with The Craftsman Way (TCW);
  • Utilize company dashboard to accurately identify and prioritize tasks;
  • Participate in daily production meetings;
  • Receive and mirror match parts to ensure accuracy in support of the repair plan;
  • Maintain professional relationships with stakeholders;
  • Enter parts and sublet invoices using Craftsman Management System;
  • Maintain and organize parts carts, staging areas, and parts room;
  • Deliver parts to stakeholders as required;
  • Ensure returns are completed prior to file closure;
  • Work with Shop Manager to ensure operations comply with provincial and national regulatory standards;
  • Contribute to closing files within 24 hours of vehicle delivery;
  • Support company standards in SPARKLE, safety, and security;
  • Represent the Craftsman Collision brand positively aligned with stated values.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment;
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma is an asset;
  • Strong verbal, written, and listening skills;
  • Demonstrated time management, problem-solving, critical thinking, and sound judgment skills;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with customer service-oriented attitude;
  • Proficient in Outlook with ability to learn new applications;
  • Demonstrated desire and aptitude for learning and development;
  • Interest in vehicles and the automotive industry;
  • Valid class 5 driver's license with clean driver's abstract over 3 years;
  • Licensed to work in Canada with no restrictions.
