Supply Chain Supervisor

**Purpose/Summary**:
Responsible for the planning, daily management, reporting, and operations of the Supply Chain divisions including Central Kitchen, Warehouse, and Purchasing.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the management of the Central Kitchen, Warehouse, and Purchasing teams and operations
- Will oversee the Supply Chain Process to ensure that all needs are met based on Corporate and Restaurant Operations requirements
- Ensures the proper paperwork processes are in place and executed to maintain accurate inventory levels
- Conduct cycle counts on a weekly/monthly basis
- Develop and implement order fulfillment procedures to successfully meet all order goals
- Negotiate rates as needed with new and existing vendors to maximize cost savings while maintaining the quality of our products
- Manpower planning, time management, safety, workflow planning and administering constructive discipline when required including mentoring and training of all staff
- Develop strategies and programs focused on reducing costs, reducing lead-times and increasing inventory turns & order turnaround time
- Maintain personal health and sanitation standards
- Must be knowledgeable of all safety codes per BP's guidelines
- Ensure compliance with BP’s code of ethics, integrity and conduct
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of experience working in a Supply Chain position, preferably in Management and food industry
- Bachelor degree in BBA preferred
- Able to multitask and work in a team environment
- Able to collaborate fluently with cross functional partners
- Must be proficient in computer knowledge including MS Office Suite products
- Bilingual Mandarin Chinese preferred
**Salary**: The typical hiring range for this position is $6100 per month. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
**Physical demands**:
- Ability to continuously stand or walk
- Ability to bend and lift 10 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally
**Work environment**:
- Work will be conducted in a warehouse environment
- May encounter temperatures ranging from 32 degrees to 425 degrees around equipment in the kitchen if needed to enter that area
- May occasionally walk on slippery surfaces
Pay: $6,100.00 per month
