Weston Frontlines Centre is looking for enthusiastic and passionate individuals to fill in the following positions:

**KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support in developing, implementing and managing a wide range of programs that meet our participants’ physical, social, emotional, and intellectual needs.
- Create schedules and timelines for programs and events, coordinating with other staff and volunteers to ensure smooth execution.
- Provide support and direction to program assistants, counselors, placement students, and volunteers.
- Prepare and manage budgets for events.
- Support in enhancing and modifying programs/activities/services as applicable by assessing the community, and participants’ needs and interests.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and events, and make changes as necessary to improve outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of program attendance, participant feedback, and other relevant data.
- Work with the Director of Programs and other managers to determine any risks and opportunities across multiple programs within the department.
- Assist the Marketing/Communications Manager in the development of promotional materials and outreach strategies to attract more participants and partners.
- Develop and implement program management strategies to ensure successful project delivery
- Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple projects within programs.

**Skills, Education and Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years experience in program management
- Bachelor’s degree with relevant coursework (such as Social Worker, Marketing, Public Relations, or Business Administration).
- Lived experience similar to the racialized and marginalized youth that we serve
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in Program Coordination, or similar field
- Able to provide excellent service delivery
- Works with the program manager to collect and track job placement data; compiles data and prepares reports and correspondence regarding job development and placement efforts.
- Works collaboratively with manager and staff to coordinate and facilitate recruitment days, employer panels, and targeted job fairs.
- Must be results-oriented, able to motivate and inspire self and others
- Well-developed interpersonal, and relationship building skills; ability to establish rapport and excellent communication with members, staff and volunteers
- Excellent written communication skills
- Experience and sensitivity in dealing with members of different cultural and racial backgrounds, including visible and non-visible dimensions of diversity
