Press Brake Operator

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and form aluminum components accurately and efficiently.
Interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine bending sequences and dimensions.
Select appropriate tooling and dies for each job based on material type and thickness.
Perform routine maintenance on press brake machines to ensure optimal performance.
Inspect finished parts to verify conformance to quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment or bending processes as needed.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
**Requirements**:
Minimum 2 years of experience operating press brake machines, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working with tight tolerances.
Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
Experience working with aluminum materials is preferred but not required.

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
