**Qualifications**
- Technically knowledgeable, experienced.

**Technical Responsibilities**
- Inspecting, surveying and documenting customer vehicles for damage at point of drop-off;
- Responsible for maintaining documentation on customer vehicles, including taking photos of customer vehicles at point of drop-off/ uploading files to appropriate locations in database;
- Responsible for installing vehicle protection at time of drop-off (seat covers, steering wheel covers, paper floor mats);
- Assisting in coordinating and organizing the lot, assist with dealer runs;
- Responsible for inspecting the vehicle (post-repair) for paint imperfections, cleanliness, panel alignment, etc.
- Coordinate all actions required by the team to correct any aforementioned imperfections within a timely manner.
- Operate company and customer vehicles in a clean and safe manner;
- Participate in all safety initiatives;
- Other duties as required;
- Understand and follow federal, provincial and local regulations, such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wastes.
