**Position Description**:

We are currently looking for a highly-skilled, caring, and safety-focused individual for our Buttcon Central Team. Reporting to the Quality Control Manager, The Quality Control lead will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and adherence to specifications throughout the construction process. This role requires a strong background in quality control, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to lead quality control efforts while collaborating closely with project teams and stakeholders.

**Responsibility**:
**Here’s What You’ll be Responsible for**:Quality Control Leadership**:

- Lead the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive quality control programs for construction projects. Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and specifications.

**Team Management**:

- Supervise and mentor quality control coordinators and inspectors. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure consistent quality control practices across projects.

**Inspection and Testing**:

- Oversee quality inspections and tests at various stages of construction. Review results and collaborate with project teams to address any discrepancies.

**Document Management**:

- Maintain accurate and organized quality control documentation, including inspection reports, testing records, non-conformance reports, and corrective action plans.

**Process Improvement**:

- Continuously evaluate and enhance quality control processes and procedures. Identify opportunities for efficiency and implement best practices to ensure project quality.

**Non-Conformance Management**:

- Investigate non-conformances, defects, and deviations from project specifications. Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address issues promptly.

**Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality requirements are understood and met. Provide recommendations for quality improvements.

**Training and Education**:

- Provide training on quality control procedures and expectations to project teams and construction staff. Ensure a culture of quality consciousness is maintained.

**Audit and Compliance**:

- Conduct internal quality audits to verify adherence to quality control processes and standards. Participate in external audits as required.

**Client Communication**:

- Communicate quality control processes and results to clients. Address client inquiries and concerns while maintaining a strong focus on delivering projects of the highest quality.
