We are seeking a dedicated senior HVAC Technician to oversee the technical development of our field teams and perform QA audits. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all installations and services meet the highest quality standards and comply with TSSA regulations, as well as Enercare’s internal standards. We are looking for someone with exceptional leadership qualities to help develop and enhance the capabilities of our customer-facing technicians. Your expertise, patience, and ability to navigate the evolving A2L refrigerant landscape will be key to driving excellence in our operations. Established contacts and strong relationships with major manufacturers and industry stakeholders will be considered an asset.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct regular field audits to evaluate the quality and compliance of installations and services.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of quality standards, best practices, and industry trends
- Ensure all work adheres to TSSA regulations, Enercare standards, and applicable codes
- Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure exceptional performance and technical excellence.
- Assess and address skill gaps by developing customized training solutions.
- Drive customer experience initiatives across all channels and mediums, focusing on customer-centric culture, empathy, ownership, and customer loyalty
- Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance customer satisfaction and reduce complaints.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of quality standards, best practices, and industry trends
**Qualifications**
- 4+ years of field experience in service of Water Heaters & HVAC equipment, including Heat Pumps
- 313D or 313A
- Gas fitter 2 license
- Valid Ozone Depletion Prevention (ODP) card
- Experience diagnosing and trouble-shooting commercial refrigeration equipment
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- A valid Class G Driver’s license with a relatively clean driving record
- Proven track record of process improvement and quality assurance success
- Process-oriented and QA-focused mindset

- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
