**LOCATION**:Greater Toronto Area
**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**:
Reporting to the Vice President, Home and Business Markets, the **Regional Manager **in the** Home Market **will be responsible for the development, management and leadership of sales professionals in **Southern Ontario **focusing on growth of our residential customer base. Other responsibilities of the Regional Manager include:
- Manage day-to-day relationships with other departments as required, including; operations, credit, marketing, revenue
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners and associations for business development and referrals, with key focus on developing contractor relationships.
- Develop and administer Territory Manager bonus and incentive programs.
- Establish clear targets and goals to achieve volume and margin forecasts to ensure results.
- Train, mentor and develop Territory Managers.
- Achieve determine KPI’s for new customer growth and sales.
- Prepare and report to leadership on progress to strategic plan.
**ABOUT YOU**:
- College or equivalent University degree in Business ore related field an asset
- Minimum five (5) to eight (8) years’ experience in sales management
- Demonstrated ability to deliver on sales commitments within a highly competitive market
- Strong and proven people management skills including ability to predict future talent needs
- Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset; ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Valid G Driver’s License
- Ability to lead, mentor and motivate a sales team
- Experience in the propane and/or petroleum industry is an asset
- Advanced computer skills.
- Willingness to travel; some over nights will be required.
