Full-time **Customer Care Representative** Industrial Valves/Plumbing/Heating Distribution

We are currently in search of a career orientated person to join our team at our South Surrey Head Office location.

As a Customer Care Representative, you are the first point of contact and the face, character, and heart of our organization. You will be responsible for answering and directing incoming calls, order entry, invoicing, product and pricing inquiries, order tracking, and ensuring that our service consistently exceeds customer expectations.

Your job duties are, but not limited to:
**Job Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Responding to inquiries and processing incoming calls and orders
- Entering orders into system
- Customer Invoicing
- Order Tracking
- Providing product information, pricing quotations and follow-up on quotes
- Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships
- Ensuring that customers are satisfied with order taking, product, pricing, deliveries, and overall service
- Responds to requests for order changes, including the maintenance of customer information files
- Communicates order/customer changes to the appropriate personnel/departments
- Working closely with others to ensure customer needs are met
- Other duties as required

- Proven ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced work environment

**Qualifications & Education**:

- Minimum grade 12 education
- Experience using Microsoft Office, Netsuite and/or other ERP software
- Knowledge of the industrial valve and fittings, and/or plumbing and heating industry or a background in related products or services would be considered an asset.

**Compensation for this position ranges from $39,520 - $50,960, based on experience.**

After your probationary period, you will be entitled to benefits that include a medical, dental, vision plan, Life & LTD insurance, education allowance and an RRSP program, in addition to excellent career growth potential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
