**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the front-end receptionist, warmly welcoming customers and providing them with a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar to ensure efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure timely completion of repairs and keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicles.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a proactive and empathetic manner, striving for complete customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven customer service experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
