Business Process Manager, Order to Cash

**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:
VitalAire is currently looking for a full time Business Process Manager for our Mississauga, ON location. The person is a vital member of the Business Process team. Their mission is to drive continuous improvement by identifying, conducting analysis, recommending and implementing changes to improve the overall performance within their area of expertise. The Business Process Manager assesses any new business needs requiring solution development and evolution, manages the realization of the functional requirements and validates them before user acceptance. This person is an expert within their product domain and works closely with the product and business owners to lead business technology strategic development, solution discovery, and service management. This person serves as the functional point of contact for Order to Cash(Sales orders, Billing, Cash Application) in both Salesforce and Microsoft D365 and is the link to the various Applications and IT resources needed for successful implementation and management of business needs.
- Leads innovation, best practices, and cost efficiencies to improve the financial and operational performance of the business operations within their area of expertise.
- Leads and influences business process improvement strategies amongst internal stakeholders.
- Continuously analyzes and identifies causes of dysfunctions and proposes corrective measures accordingly.
- Creates and manages process plans and related documentation in accordance with established process management methodology.
- Guides internal stakeholders in the definition of business requirements and ensures scope of work and business cases are clearly defined within their project.
- Provides L3 support for the business users and the technical support team where required.
- Acts as the liaison between users, Business Process Owners, PMO, World Business Line (WBL) and Applications team.
- Creates a shared vision of their respective solutions and facilitates decision-making and arbitration relating to trade-offs both within and between different solution platforms.
- Delegates tasks and responsibilities to the appropriate Applications personnel as needed.
- Assists in the execution of the Digital and IT roadmap.
- Maintains an excellent relationship with key business stakeholders, empowering all users by creating a community of best practice.
- Assists the users (internal customers) in acceptance testing, developing procedures, and updating documentation.
- Works with the Applications team to create and maintain a schedule of updates, upgrades and patches. This includes analysis of upcoming releases, documenting their impact on processes within their area of expertise, testing and communication of changes to stakeholders.

**Are you a MATCH?**:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, supply chain or related discipline
- 8+ years experience in two of the three areas: Business/Operations, IT, or Project Management.
- Experience implementing process improvement or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of business improvement methodologies, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5 S is an asset.
