**What to Expect**:
As an Order To Cash (OTC) Specialist, you will be responsible for managing Order Life Cycle activities in Customer Service, Dispute Resolution, and Accounts Receivable. Your role directly impacts sales performance by optimizing customer ordering trends, resolving disputes, and improving invoice payment behaviours.

**A day in the life**:

- Manage new customer sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor sales order progression, proactively escalating any issues to the Customer, Sales, and Customer Facing Supply Chain Teams to ensure on-time delivery and mitigate risks to Purina's sales and** **revenues.
- Resolve customer disputes by analyzing root causes and providing recommendations to Sales, Finance, and Customer Facing Supply Chain Teams to improve the effectiveness of trade development investments.
- Close disputes promptly and accurately to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Collaborate with customers' accounts payable department to collect overdue invoices.
- Monitor payment trends and promptly escalate any payment timeliness issues to leadership.
- Utilize Power BI Dashboards for efficient reporting and analysis to identify and improve customer performance results.

**Role Requirements**
- University or college degree in a business-related discipline (such as supply chain or business administration), or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent communication skills
- Capable of handling high-pressure situations

**Preferred Skills**
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French
- End user experience with Power BI and other Microsoft Power Platform tools
