**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Manage phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while directing calls as necessary.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for team members.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data management, and communication purposes.
- Support front desk operations by greeting visitors and managing incoming correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions using QuickBooks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Experience in a dental receptionist or customer support role is a plus but not required.
- Proficient phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are necessary for this position.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
