**Job Title**: Property Management Office Assistant
No of positions**:One**
**Requirements / relevant work experience**:
- Minimum of **1 year** in real estate/property management/office administrative setting
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE working in a real estate/property management company
- Proficient in YARDI Property Management Software, Excel, Word (MUST HAVE)
- Excellent English skills (verbal and written communication)
- Knowledge of the LTB (Landlord and Tenant Board) and related forms
- Detail oriented and highly organized
**Responsibilities of this job**:
- Perform general office and administrative duties (filing, excel and Yardi data input, etc.) for a multi-family/real estate company.
- Filings of LTB forms
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
**Salary**: $57,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
