This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional in the Real Estate field who wishes to work for a growing family real estate office.
We are looking for an experience Property Administrator who would work directly with both our Controller and directly with the owner in managing the portfolio.
**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**
- Extremely organized and detailed oriented
- MUST be honest, have integrity and be hard working
- Strong interpersonal, communications and organizational skills
- Out-going personality and a self-starter
- Interested in Construction, Building Materials, Mechanical and Electrical etc.
- Enjoy learning new things
- Technologically literate (very comfortable with Internet, Google, Apps, Phones etc.)
- Comfortable with Budgeting and managing expenses
- Fluent in English
**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**:
- Managing a multifamily portfolio in the GTA
- Dealing with inquiries and correspondence from owners, tenants, and vendors
- Maintaining the owners and tenants records
- Coordinate schedules of on-site staff including the security, superintendent and cleaners
- Co-ordinating the implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovations carried out on building
- Ensuring all property management policies, procedures and operations are conducted effectively and in accordance with Ontario laws
**Experience**:
- Prior experience as a Property Administrator or similar with an apartment rental company is a MUST.
**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
