**Documentation & Funding Team Member**

We are seeking someone who can support our consumer financing operations with documentation, funding, and general operational support. This person is an organized team player who enjoys supporting and helping support the needs of the business. This person will be working with sensitive information and financial details, so there is an expected level of professionalism and discretion required. This role will report to both the Credit Director and the Controller.

**The Position**:
**Key Responsibilities and Activities**:

- Assist the Credit and Funding team by reviewing applicant files and contracts prior to loan documentation being sent to clients or funds being released.
- Review loan documents and contracts and ensure all required information is present and accurate.
- Send funding confirmations to Clinic Partners.
- Assist the Accounting team with collections for delinquent files.
- Perform data cleanup tasks as required to ensure reporting is accurate.
- Various administrative tasks to assist with overall business operations.

**Location**:This role is **in-office. **Our office is located at 609 Granville Street, in the heart of downtown Vancouver. We are conveniently located just steps away from both Expo Line and Canada Line Skytrain Stations.
