**Duties and Responsibilities**

The Project/Procore Administrator reports to the Operations Manager and will be the designated Procore Master Administrator for Syber, supporting both the Operations and Project teams. This position is located in our Head Office but may be required to visit jobsites as needed to perform training.

In addition, they are required to:

- Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for internal Procore processes
- Register new workers on Procore, providing proper permission levels, define user access levels, configure company level settings and default project settings
- Report software usage issues to the Operations Manager and Chief Operating Officer, (COO)
- Support users on Procore and resolve any software usage-related issues
- Support Managers on the creation of monthly dashboards for all jobsites to track company KPI’s
- Create other custom company reports as required
- Coordinate and communicate with all project team members, field calls from employees, subcontractors and vendors
- Communicate with Procore to request changes and resolve software issues
- Train key users (Construction Safety Officers (CSO’s), Site Coordinators, Superintendents, and Managers) on how to use and navigate the Procore system
- Other system and project administrative duties as required

**Skills and Experience**:

- College or Post-secondary program is considered an asset
- Additional Certifications with related professional associations including formal training in safety preferred
- Minimum three (3) years of proven experience as an Administrator, Coordinator or in a training role (within a construction company preferred)
- Experience facilitating, coaching, or training others
- Procore certifications specifically in Core & Project Management
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; familiarity with MS Projects is beneficial
- Knowledge of the construction industry and the products, equipment, and material used in concrete forming is considered an asset
- Knowledge and the ability to comply with all WorkSafe (WCB) procedures/safety practices including on site work practices and guidelines
- Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; ability to speak Spanish is considered an asset
- Dedicated commitment to providing superior and timely support for all levels of employees, management and external clients
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism and integrity in administering company and employee data
- Effective organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks and be flexible to manage numerous tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy

- Willingness to learn and continue to develop skills and accept more responsibility
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
