Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Program Manager to join our team. As an Implementation Program Manager at TOOLBX, you will be responsible for managing multiple integration/implementation projects between our platform and various client and third-party systems. This role’s primary accountability is to ensure a high quality deployment of the TOOLBX platform into a variety of lumber and building material businesses, including large enterprises. This role will have daily interactions with external clients in the LBM space and internal TOOLBX stakeholders in engineering, product, operations and finance. This is a remote position based in Canada and US, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in either country.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and oversee the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring successful project delivery within agreed timelines and objectives.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including engineering, product management, and business development, to define integration project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and third-party vendors, managing relationships, addressing inquiries, and ensuring effective communication throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including task lists, milestones, and resource allocation, while proactively identifying and addressing risks and issues.
- Coordinate and facilitate regular meetings, status updates, and progress reports with stakeholders to ensure alignment, track project progress, and manage expectations.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and provide leadership to the integration team, including engineers and technical specialists, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and accountability.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project success, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement, incorporating lessons learned into future implementation projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to integrations, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to enhance our integration capabilities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as an Implementation or Integration project leader or in a similar project management role, preferably within the technology or software industry.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully managing complex integration projects from initiation to completion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of integration methodologies, APIs, data mapping, and common integration patterns.
- Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, demonstrating adaptability, initiative, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Project management certifications such as PMP or Agile certifications are a plus.
- Experience working in remote or distributed teams is desirable.
