**Directeur régional - Québec et Atlantique**

Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’un(e) Directeur(trice) de région pour se joindre à notre équipe à **notre succursale d’Anjou, QC.**

**Responsabilités**:

- Le directeur régional de la livraison à domicile et au bureau assurera le leadership d’une équipe de gestionnaires des opérations de district et de gestionnaires d’entrepôt responsables de la livraison d’eau embouteillée, de café et de thé à nos clients résidentiels et commerciaux.
- Le directeur régional établira une culture de haute performance qui attirera, retiendra et développera les associés ayant pour objectif commun la sécurité, le service à la clientèle et les ventes conformément aux pratiques standard de Primo Water North America.
- Le gestionnaire régional sera directement responsable des fonctions de livraison d’itinéraires et d’entreposage dans sa région géographique et sera à l’aise de collaborer avec des partenaires interfonctionnels pour obtenir des résultats commerciaux tout en gérant leurs résultats financiers.
- Établissez une culture centrée sur le client en exigeant l’urgence et l’exécution des processus dans la supervision des services en temps réel, la récupération sans faille et le coaching quotidien des représentants des ventes de routage
- Promouvoir la culture de sécurité en dirigeant activement les principes de sécurité fondamentaux de Primo Water North America
- Diriger le respect des normes de PWNA pour tous les processus de succursale liés au service à la clientèle, à la livraison des commandes, au chargement des itinéraires, à la gestion des installations et des stocks
- Soutenir le développement personnel et professionnel des subordonnés directs de leadership par le biais d’objectifs de performance et de coaching
- Responsable du maintien des niveaux de dotation au sein de la région par l’acquisition, le perfectionnement et le maintien en poste des talents
- Tenir des réunions individuelles avec les gestionnaires des opérations et des entrepôts et établir des plans correctifs, au besoin.
- Développer des partenariats interfonctionnels avec la production, la chaîne d’approvisionnement, la flotte, les ventes et le service client pour obtenir des résultats
- Générer un Net Promoter Score sur le marché grâce à la communication, à la formation et à l’engagement des employés
- Mettre en œuvre des programmes de perfectionnement des employés et du leadership, des initiatives de formation, des programmes d’évaluation et des programmes culturels et d’engagement.
- Stimuler la croissance des revenus grâce à un leadership actif des ventes (ventes incitatives et acquisition de nouveaux clients)
- Partager les meilleures pratiques avec l’équipe de pairs et les dirigeants pour améliorer la productivité et réaliser des réductions de coûts
- P & L supervision et responsabilisation
- Servir de catalyseur clé du changement en dirigeant activement des subordonnés directs par le biais d’initiatives commerciales transformationnelles

**Exigences**:

- BA / BS Degré fortement préféré
- Expérience réussie de la gestion de plusieurs installations et de grandes équipes (par exemple, 20+ personnes) d’employés de service, d’opérations ou d’entrepôt requis
- Passion pour le travail en toute sécurité et l’exigence de comportements de travail sécuritaires de la part de subordonnés directs
- Ouvert au changement et capable de diriger une équipe à travers la résistance
- Capacité de gérer, d’élaborer et de former efficacement des subordonnés directs pour soutenir la vision, les buts et les objectifs de l’entreprise
- Excellentes compétences écrites, verbales et interpersonnelles
- Solide connaissance des états financiers, de l’analyse financière et des comptes de profits et pertes
- Expérience de la gestion et de l’anticipation des défis et des changements d’affaires
- Capacité d’écouter et de répondre efficacement à l’information et d’influencer les décideurs
