Tricon Residential
**Job Description**:
Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories, giving instructions. Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badge
- Welcome guests and visitors by greeting, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
- Receive, sort and deliver deliveries daily
- Follow all security protocols by issuing and collecting visitor badges
- Interface with cleaning crew regarding building maintenance
- Coordinate office moves
- Maintain and update meeting room schedules and calendars
- Plan travel and input expenses for assigned executives
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars as requested
- Order office supplies and business cards
- Maintain the Company Directory
- Maintain employee recognition information and assist with presentation of awards
- Perform clerical duties and projects as assigned
- Human Resources projects as assigned
- Keep Reception area tidy
- Model a “can-do” approach
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience in a front office handling receptionist responsibilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to adapt to new technology
- Professional appearance
- Professional and positive attitude with a focus on customer service
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
- Ability to organize, multitask and prioritize
