**About the Role**

Enkel is looking for a growth-oriented Channel Partner Coordinator to take a key role in growing the business in 2023 and beyond.

ou will be an integral part of the development and execution of all aspects of Enkel's partnership program. You will be responsible for building our Enkel’s partnership program, growing the number of partners and building programs to generate leads from partners.

We believe that there is a significant opportunity to grow our lead generation through partnerships specifically with CPA firms, technology partners, and referral partners.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Drive partner engagement by planning and hosting various events that are designed to increase lead flow from existing and potential partners
- Monitor and report on the quantity and quality of leads from various sources and identify opportunities for greater conversion rates from lead sources, addressing partnerships with low conversion rates
- Maintain revenue sharing agreements and partnership agreements with channel partners updating them annually

**How will you be evaluated?**

You will be evaluated based on the number of Sales Qualified Opportunities generated from all partner sources.

Career advancement and compensation growth will be determined based on your ability to consistently hit SQO targets, diligent focus on lagging indicators, and a clear ability to demonstrate results over time.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- A degree in business
- 5+ years of experience with a minimum of 3 years in a partnership-focused role
- Experience working in accounting services and/or FinTech
- Passionate about technology and comfortable learning new systems
- Hands-on experience using CRM software, preferably Hubspot
- Well-organized with excellent attention to detail with a demonstrated history of high follow-through on assigned activities
- A technology “hack” mindset with a desire to find technological solutions for business problems
- An appetite for continuous improvement and change
- An entrepreneurial spirit
- A desire to continuously improve and inspire greatness.

**Compensation**:
Compensation range: $60,000 - $80,000

Compensation will be a combination of fixed salary and variable compensation. All incentive programs will be based on sales qualified opportunities generated through your work.

This role is an in-office role. Our office is located in Vancouver's vibrant downtown at 900 Howe Street.
